All SBDC VoIP Plans you have access to a range of useful call features, letting you customise your SBDC VoIP service the way you want it!
Charges may apply for some features.

Call Forwarding All Calls
The feature Call Forwarding All Calls you can redirect all your calls to another destination. 
Standard Call charges do apply for this feature when enabled.

Call Forwarding Busy
The feature Call Forwarding Busy enables you to customise your service to redirect calls to another destination when an incoming call encounters a busy condition. Standard Call charges do apply for this feature when enabled.

Call Forwarding No Answer
The feature Call Forwarding No Answer enables you to redirect calls to another destination when an incoming call is not answered within a number of rings.
Standard Call charges do apply for this feature when enabled.

Call Waiting
With the Call Waiting feature you can answer a call while already on another call.

Do Not Disturb
The Do Not Disturb features allows you to customise your serrvice so you can set your line to busy or forward your voice calls to voice mail or to our "AnswerIT" service.

Calling Number Display
With this feature you hide your phone number to the person your calling. It is up to you to allow or bar your phone number being sent

Voicemail
With your SBD VoIP service you can customise your voice mail for when your busy, missed calls or Do Not Disturb

AnswerIT 
Let our trained office staff answer the call for you and sms/email the call details to you as your tradional paging service.  

Calling Number display
The Calling Number Display feature allows you to identify who is calling by displaying the caller's phone number before you answer the call, providing their number is not blocked, and your telephone is compatible. 

Faxmail
With this feature we will email in as a pdf all faxes that are received.

Email2Fax
The feature Email2Fax allows you to send faxes from your desktop by emailing your document to our faxserver.
Standard Call charges do apply for all faxes sent.
